Material quality and process viability finalised 3D CAD model produced to inspect client requirement and specification Finalised model used to produce shop detailed drawings for manufacture via in-house workshop or service partner Materials procured to specification and cut to suit BOM in most efficient cutting lists Preparation of sub assemblies with precision and economy of scale to optimise efficient fabrication. Multiple such tasks can be prioritised according to plan Specialised coded welding to suit strength and material requirements of project. Corrosion protection factors also considered at this stage The use of various cutting methods employed to achieve optimal result as per project requirement and maximise material usage Limits and fits worked from structural tolerances to cnc machine precision Precision bending of plate and extrusions to suit design inner/median radius All projects are shop-assembled and tested to ensure on-site installation runs as smoothly as possible All projects have a quality check done post assembly, the process begins at the planning stage and runs through to on-site commissioning Skilled, safety-focused site construction teams.
